Woman's Fitness Class, Corby
Women’s Fitness class is a challenging, fun and safe all female class which has been designed around the training concepts boxers use to keep fit. Classes are based at a few of our designated venues and can take a variety of formats using various fitness systems as well as the use of hitting pads, boxing bags but not each other.
Boxing training is for everyone whatever your size, shape or sex.
It has been shown through studies to increase cardiovascular fitness as well as speed, strength, stamina and muscular endurance. It can also help with the reduction of stress levels, increase discipline, builds confidence and self-esteem as well as burning anything from up to 500 – 750 calories an hour.
