We as professional's prefer to train SMART so this is not what we want to reinforce at JS Fitness Coaching, that quick fix result culture, as once you start to eat normally again you put all that weight back on and more. These Programs are also limited in numbers - We do not operate a free for all but groups that we can control and support throughout. This is because we care.
